Can i just copy my files to iPhone over USB cable?

With iOS 4.0 and iTunes 9.2 or newer, it's now possible copy files through USB cable. More you can found in application built-in Help, topic "Connect to device - via iTunes".

How to enabled File Sharing?

Open iStorage and in device section tap to the "On/Off" button.

I use Windows XP, how do I connect to my iPhone?:

Step 1

Start Explorer, in menu click on "Tools" and select "Map network drive..."

Step 2

Click to link "Sign up for online storage or connect to a network server."

Step 3

Click on next button

Step 4

Select "Choose another network location" and click on next button

Step 5

To "Internet or network address" type your network address from iPhone (In iPhone is in iStorage -> Settings -> Network -> File Sharing)

Step 6

If iPhone successfully connect with your PC, Explorer open dialog for setting your username and password for access your data in iPhone

Step 7

After successfully login, type name for your connection

Step 8

Finish

Step 9

After finish Explorer open folder with your files on iPhone

Step 10

With created connection you can open your place in "My Network Places" and connect to your iPhone

After successfully login, explorer create new network drive to your iPhone

On Windows 7 it's not available any hotfix to repair bugs in Web Folders, you must use third-party free application BitKinex.

Step 1

Start Finder, in menu click on "Go" and select "Connect to Server..."

Step 2

To "Server Address" type your network address from iPhone (In iPhone is in iStorage -> Settings -> Network -> File Sharing)

If iPhone successfully connect with your Mac, Finder open dialog for setting your username and password for access your data in iPhone

Step 5

After successfully login, you can access to your files on iPhone

How can i connect to MobileMe iDisk, FTP or WebDAV?

Your accounts are in iStorage -> Settings -> Network
(screenshots is from v. 1.1.1, but it's almost same in older versions)

1 - MobileMe iDisk

For setup iDisk you need only change Protocol to "MobileMe iDisk" and fill account nick, your username and password

2 - FTP

For setup FTP you need change Protocol to "FTP" or to "FTP with SSL" when you use SSL. After that fill account nick, host name (only host name, any other paths belongs to remote path), your username and password

For setup WebDAV you need change Protocol to "WebDAV" (http) or to "Secure WebDAV" when you use SSL (https). After that fill account nick, host name (only host name, without http or https and any other paths belongs to remote path), your username and password
